Kraft Plus - August

This month's challenge at Kraft Plus the challenge was to be inspired by terracotta.  I used some paint called 'raw sienna' to represent the terracotta colour and there is terracotta soil in the background of the photo. 

Made to Scrap - August Sketch

This month for Made to Scrap we have a sketch for your page inspiration. Instead of using one large star, I used several down the side of the page. I love the effect of the washi tape on the border, it is sort of see through.  I also like how the orange colour of the paint I used on the background matches the orange in the photo. Thanks for dropping by!

This month I have used some papers from Kaisercraft’s Fleur collection to make this simple yet fresh page which I have topped off with a floral flair.

Kraft Plus - June

This month’s challenge had me thinking and I decided to go outside the box 📦 a little bit and not do any actual weaving myself, but include a lot of weaving elements Tom my layout instead. There is a stamped weaving pattern, patterned paper, hessian, chipboard, two different die cuts, and charms creations with hessian and woven fabric. So I think I have covered it! 

Funky flair studio - June

This Wednesday Funky Flair studio are having a new kit release. I was lucky enough to receive a kit early and have made two layouts from the kit. You can see the first kit below, I will put the second layout up later in the week. 

Show us your stuff - June

Show us your Stuff this month is a challenge to create what you like! I loved this Ken Oliver colour burst paper and took it from there! I added some mixed media to the background but didn’t want to change it too much because of the awesome colours that were already there. I have used two Charms creations on my page - a heart and a tab, and a flair from Funky Flair Studio for my handmade items.
